Partial Introduction

The correction servo and the bottom paper feeding servo all use Japanese Yaskawa servo drives (other companies have switched to smaller brands to reduce costs). The performance is stable, the mounting accuracy is high, and the energy consumption is low.


The touch screen has the functions of storing orders and one click machine adjustment. Enter the paper size, and the machine will automatically adjust to the correct position,Zero error, convenient startup, and improved production efficiency. The alarm display is clear at a glance and more intelligent.



The bonding between tile paper and face paper adopts photoelectric (using Omron high-end products) to detect the relative position of the paper, calculate the error, and control the servo motor for correction. The performance is stable, the servo tracking is high, the mounting accuracy is high, and it is easy to maintain, achieving true intelligent correction.



The transmission part adopts a toothed belt transmission, which has high precision, low noise, and continuous stability. All rollers have undergone dynamic balance correction within 5g, ensuring high stability of the entire machine operation. Adjusting the pressure of the whole machine greatly improves the speed of changing orders, and the digital display of changing order pressure is more convenient and fast, allowing for direct adjustment in one go.



The bottom paper feeding adopts a widened and elongated bottom paper feeding belt, which is matched with the Yaskawa servo control system for stable paper feeding and a high-power suction fan for high precision and stability. Each belt is individually tightened (while others have changed to overall tightening to reduce costs), greatly reducing the customer's later usage costs by tens of thousands of yuan.



This machine adopts a German Beck air pump and a high-speed Feida head paper feeding mechanism. The Feida head is fixed on the Taiwan Shangyin linear guide rail (other companies fix it on two iron rods), and the input paper size is automatically in place, ensuring that the facial paper is accurately fed into place at high speed during high-speed paper feeding.


The facial paper adopts a motion correction device to improve the stability of the paper feeding, and the mounting accuracy is high. It adopts a unique shaftless transmission structure, and two servo motors are controlled separately. (Our patented product technology) greatly improves the stability of the equipment and reduces the scrap rate. Even if there are errors in the facial paper packaging, the device can ensure that the left and right errors of the facial paper are within 1mm.



The glue coating part adopts a mesh roller for glue coating, which is uniform and saves glue, with a minimum of 12g of glue per square meter. Unique sealing devices are installed on both sides of the coating roller and washing roller (which are not available in other companies), making it difficult for the bearings to be immersed in water, glue, and dust, greatly improving the stability of the machine and reducing the maintenance rate of the equipment.
